2012 XXL Freshmen + A$AP Turned Down The Cover
A true hip-hop head definitely knows about XXL magazine’s annual list of artists on the rise aka XXL Freshmen of the year. This year’s list and poll has been opened to the readers and public(HHH) to vote for who they think deserves a spot in the 2012 Freshmen Class. I was about casting my vote and noticed an error along the line. A$AP Rocky’s name no longer on the list. This brings us to his interview in Atlanta.
A$AP Rocky in an interview with DJ Drama, explained why he couldn’t do the XXL magazine “Freshman Cover” because he was busy, and basically doesn’t know who they spoke to. The footage which had the A$AP crew chucking behind in response to the question. LOL
All in all, the final Freshmen list would be out in the April 2012 edition of XXL Magazine.
