Quentin Tarantino won the Academy Award (Oscar) for Best Original Screenplay while Christoph Waltz won the Best Supporting Actor for the Tarantino film, Django Unchained.

Waltz won his second supporting actor Academy Award for the Tarantino film as a genteel bounty hunter in the slave-revenge saga Django Unchained. This is also the second award for Tarantino after winning in the same category for Pulp Fiction in 1995. The 49-year-old couldn’t help but thank Jamie Foxx, Kerry Washington and his cast for the award.
