Jay- z Sued For Copyright Infringement Over Decoded Book

Jay-z is facing legal issues over his book, Decoded, which was published in 2010. He has been charged with a copyright infringement lawsuit, filed by a writer named Patrick White. Patrick White claims that HOVA stole shares of his personal writing.

“My personal computer was compromised, resulting in my personal work to be used in Jay-Z’s book Decoded which was released in 2010,” White claims in the lawsuit, as first reported by AllHipHop.

Patrick White is not only suing for copyright infringement, but he also added invasion of property to the suit. How do you sue someone for contents which he is the subject matter?
